Jennifer Rugg (owner, writer):

Always a writer, Jennifer happily stumbled into website copywriting in 2007 when a friend approached her about writing pages for a set of travel websites.  She soon found that she loved the work - always learning about and passing along new things, writing to different audiences, finding new words to express the ideas of others, and - most of all - creating an experience for her readers. From the original travel sites, Jennifer developed her skills to branch out to all types of creative writing subjects by taking classes and researching techniques to maximize reach.  She is now well-educated and practiced in user experience, flow, and writing in the voices of others.
